Continental U.S. Orders
Busy B’s ships via UPS to Continental U.S. addresses to provide insurance and tracking to our customers. This is a flat rate of $2.99 to a single address for all orders under $100.00. If order is over $100.00 up to $200.00 the flat rate will be $12.95. All orders over $200.00 are Free. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or USPS. Standard shipping rates to Hawaii & Alaska is $15.95 via USPS Insured Flat Rate packaging.
International Orders
Busy B’s ships to most international locations. We reserve the right to deny any order based on country of origin and the nature of the order. A standard shipping rate of $15.95 will be charged along with any additional shipping costs at time of delivery. Shipping to all Canadian addresses is a flat rate of $15.95. This rate is for shipping to a single address. Additional shipping costs over and beyond standard shipping will be charged to the customer. International orders are shipped via USPS. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to adjust the value of your package.
Return Policy
What is your policy for returning damaged/defective product?
We are happy to replace any damaged/defective product if reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at (402) 721-9029 or email us at buzzus@bigbusyb.com with your concern. We reserve the right to credit international orders with a credit due to high shipping costs. Please note: on screen color variations may differ from original paper received due to various computer monitors.
May we return unwanted product?
Each of our papers are made to order to provide the highest quality product to our customers. Because each paper is a special order, we do not accept returns.
We make every effort to process internet orders within 2 – 3 working days.
